You Have Been Deceived: The Roman Catholic Church, the Name Yehoshua, and the System That Stole the Truth.

To Whom It May Concern…..

For nearly two thousand years, billions of people have lived and died believing they were part of the faith handed down by Yehoshua, the one called Messiah. Yet the truth is this: what the world calls Christianity was never born purely out of the covenant Yehoshua sealed with His blood. It was shaped and institutionalized by the Roman Catholic Church as a tool of control, birthed through the political strategy of Constantine, and built upon the deliberate stripping away of the true name and power of salvation. This is not hyperbole; it is the undeniable reality of history. You have been deceived.

When Constantine rose to power in the early fourth century, the Roman Empire was fractured and volatile. The Hebrew-rooted Messianic faith, known then as the Way, was growing in influence, yet it was deeply tied to Jewish customs and identity. Constantine recognized both the potential and the threat in this movement. He realized that if he could harness its momentum, he could unify the empire under a single state religion. But he also understood that its connection to the Jewish people—the covenantal root—made it difficult to control. Thus, he resolved to sever it completely. His words in a letter following the Council of Nicaea expose his intent without question: “We ought not, therefore, to have anything in common with the Jews… they are a people detestable… with minds blinded, and their customs are beyond measure depraved. Let us then have nothing in common with this most hostile people.” This was not rhetoric; it was a calculated plan to erase the Hebrew foundation and build a controlled religion in its place.

The Council of Nicaea in 325 CE became the vehicle for this plan. The council formally broke from Jewish calendar traditions, outlawing Hebrew observances such as Passover, the Sabbath, and the appointed feasts, and replacing them with Romanized practices such as Easter and Sunday worship. This was not a theological clarification; it was the construction of a new institutional system. It was here that what we now call Christianity was officially shaped, and it was here that the term Christian, already used informally in the ancient world, became the identifying label for those who adhered to this Roman-backed religion. The directive was clear: all connection to the Jews and the covenant of Israel must be erased. What emerged from Nicaea was not the ekklesia of Yehoshua, but the Roman Catholic Church—a hybrid of pagan ritual, political control, and anti-Jewish hatred.

Perhaps the most devastating act of this system was the stripping away of Yehoshua’s true name. The angel declared to Miriam and Yosef, “You shall call His name Yehoshua,” because that name carried the covenantal meaning “YHWH saves” and all the authority of Heaven itself. Over time, this name was altered by transliteration as it passed through Greek (Iēsous) and Latin (Iesus) before becoming “Jesus” in English. Names are not arbitrary labels; they are covenants of identity. If Heaven declared the name Michael and you changed it to Brandon, it would not carry the same authority or identity. In the same way, altering Yehoshua’s name severed its connection to the covenantal power behind it. Acts 4:12 could not be clearer: “There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Yet for centuries, the Roman Catholic Church has ensured that the world would call on a name Heaven never originally declared.

Changing a Name Changes Everything

It is critical to understand that translating a name is not the same as translating a word. Words carry meaning; names carry identity. When you translate a word like “note” into another language, the meaning remains consistent. “Note” becomes “nota” in Spanish or “note” in French, but its conceptual identity remains intact. Names, however, do not work this way. Names are specific identifiers tied to authority and covenant. Changing a name, even with good intentions, is changing its identity entirely. And when it comes to Yehoshua’s name, the change was not innocent. It was intentional.

Consider a legal analogy. Imagine you sign a legal document as “Michael Walker.” That signature carries your full legal authority. If someone replaces it with “Brandon Walker,” the entire contract becomes invalid, even though they “meant you.” The legal system does not recognize “Brandon” as having the authority tied to your name. Translating or altering a name changes its legal standing. The same is true with Yehoshua’s name. Heaven’s covenant was sealed with the name the angel declared. Changing it—no matter how well-intentioned—severs the authority tied to that name.

Now consider a military analogy. A general issues a direct order in his name. Soldiers will only obey if the order is backed by that specific authority. If someone changes the general’s name on the order, even to a “translated” version, the soldiers no longer recognize its legitimacy. The power of the command does not transfer just because someone “meant the general.” The authority is embedded in the name itself. Yehoshua’s name functions the same way. It is a direct line of authority from Heaven. Alter it, and you alter the authority.

Or take the analogy of a password or access code. If the password to a secure vault is “Yehoshua,” entering “Jesus” will not unlock the door, no matter how sincere you are. Translating or modifying the password changes it completely. The key no longer fits the lock. Names work like this spiritually. They are keys to authority. Changing them—even with seemingly good intentions—renders the key ineffective.

These analogies make it plain: changing a name changes everything. Heaven declared one name, Yehoshua. That name carries the full covenantal power of salvation. Changing it, even by transliteration, severs the direct connection to that power. This is why the stripping of Yehoshua’s name was such a devastating act by the Roman Catholic Church. It was a surgical removal of authority that left billions calling on a name that Heaven never declared.

The alteration of the name was only one part of a larger indoctrination. Over the centuries, the Roman Catholic Church developed and cemented a doctrinal system that placed the believer’s salvation in the hands of the Church. Penance, confession, and indulgences became sacraments that ensured the Church, not Yehoshua alone, was the gatekeeper of salvation. This teaching framed salvation as forgiveness granted through priestly mediation rather than as a direct and complete cure accomplished by Yehoshua’s blood. The truth is that humanity was not simply guilty; we were infected. We did not need mere forgiveness; we needed a blood transfusion through Yehoshua’s blood. Forgiveness is a byproduct of salvation, not the mechanism. The blood is what cures the infection of sin. Yet the system buried this reality under ritual and tradition designed to keep people dependent on the institution.

Through this system, the Roman Catholic Church established itself as one of the most powerful religious empires in human history. Pagan idols, sun worship, statues, and holidays were absorbed into the new religion and rebranded as Christian symbols. The Vatican consolidated immense wealth and influence through fear and ignorance, ensuring that the true name of Yehoshua was buried deep under tradition and that its power was diminished in the collective memory of the faithful. This was not accidental; it was intentional.

The spread of this system was relentless. During the Dark Ages, Scripture was suppressed, and the name Yehoshua was erased from collective consciousness. The Crusades and Inquisitions followed, expanding the empire through bloodshed and terror. Even when the Protestant Reformation broke from Rome politically, it retained much of Rome’s theological DNA, including the framework that placed salvation in rituals and the use of the substituted name “Jesus.” Nearly every modern denomination still stands upon the same foundational structures laid by Constantine’s Catholic Church.

This brings us to a sobering implication: for centuries, people have been praying, baptizing, and declaring victory “in the name of Jesus”—a name that did not originate from Heaven’s declaration. Power is in the blood, yes, but the access point to that blood is the covenant name Yehoshua. If the enemy could sever the connection to that name, he could keep people in a powerless cycle, believing they are free while remaining bound by the infection of sin. This is not a trivial matter. It is the difference between calling upon the name Heaven sealed with authority and calling upon a label institutionalized by Rome.

The institutional form of Christianity continues to enslave billions with fear, guilt, and misplaced trust. It replaces covenantal authority with tradition, and relationship with ritual. Everything Constantine set in motion still influences Christianity as a system today. Generations have been deceived into believing that salvation comes from a church, a ritual, or a priest, when the reality is that salvation was and is only ever found in the blood of Yehoshua.

There is no other name. The angel declared it. Heaven sealed it. Over time, the Roman Catholic Church changed the name and shaped a system that diluted its power, inventing an institutional religion and branding its followers as Christians. The call today is clear: abandon the systems of men, abandon the traditions that replace Yehoshua’s covenant with empty forms, and call on Yehoshua, the only name that carries the covenantal authority to cure the infection of sin.

The Door Has Been Found Again

Taking the power away from His name shut the door to The Way. Satan knew this. The religious leaders of the time may have believed they were securing control, but they were offered something—promises wrapped in lies. What they accepted closed the true Door for generations, and humanity stumbled in the dark.

But Heaven caught it. Yehoshua caught it. And now the Door has been found again. This revelation didn’t come from striving; it came because the Spirit exposed the counterfeit and revealed the true key. We nearly missed it when we misrepresented His name, but the correction opened our eyes. We saw the Door. He saw the Door. And He guided us to it.

Now the reason why so few can demonstrate the power Yehoshua walked in is clear: they weren’t doing it in His name. That is why the fullness has not been seen since the early centuries. Faith allowed some power to slip through when people called on the name “Jesus,” but it was mercy, not design. The real power is in Yehoshua’s name, the name the angel declared, the name that carries Heaven’s full authority.

Now we know the name, and we will use it. The Door that was shut is open again, and the Way has been revealed. This is not about titles, traditions, or religious systems. This is about standing at the true Door with truth, power, and the sword of the Word in hand. And when the counterfeit asks, “Are you the gatekeeper?” the answer is clear: Yes… I AM. This is The Way……

……..Thus saith the Lord.
